His take-home message… either you believe all of his claims, or none of them. She insisted that she and the team had proven, through evidence and testimony, that Amber was lying … and that Johnny was telling the truth, which was that she allegedly assaulted him, not the other way around. . 06:32 PT – The lawyer addressed Johnny’s amputated finger and said the injury was caused by a broken vodka bottle thrown at him by Amber. She also said Amber’s allegation of sexually assaulting a bottle of alcohol was a bold lie… saying someone who suffered such trauma wouldn’t just go to bed and fall asleep.

Vasquez released a damning video in which Amber said she had donated her $7 million settlement to charity. She says she gave the $7 million. at the ACLU and Children’s Hospital – she didn’t.

Vasquez picked up the feces in bed, saying it was all orchestrated by Amber who was furious that Johnny showed up late for his 30th birthday and punched him before he left. Vasquez says Amber wanted more than a divorce — she wanted to ruin Johnny.

Johnny’s attorney, Camille Vasquez, swayed out the door, saying when Amber Heard walked into a Los Angeles courthouse in 2016, filed an abuse complaint and ruined her life. Vasquez also says the mark on her face that was apparent when she left the courthouse, captured by photographers, was fake… appearing 6 days after she last saw Johnny. She said there was an attacker in the courtroom, but it’s not Johnny, it’s Amber.

The trial of Johnny Depp versus. Amber Heard is in its final stages with closing arguments scheduled for today, and the jury will then begin the Herculean task of trying to determine who is telling the truth and who is lying.

Johnny’s lawyers will try to connect various dots as they wrap up their case, telling the jury that Amber was on a smear campaign rooted in revenge to portray their client as a wife-beater. They will almost certainly use poop in their marital bed for revenge was Amber’s motivation, and she was no victim at all.
Amber’s lawyers will paint a picture of a man who regularly explodes into violence, essentially saying that Johnny’s character is violent…they will argue even when he wasn’t physically assaulting Amber, his temper was explosive, and they will use videos and texts to make their point.
As for the defamation allegations… Both Johnny and Amber are public figures, and so there must be evidence of actual malice for either of them to win.
There’s so much at stake here…beyond the court case, the verdict could determine who has a career and who doesn’t.

Although most people on the outside took sides, it’s possible the jury could conclude that Amber and Johnny were so unhinged, it’s impossible to determine who the assailant was and the verdict could go against Johnny in his libel suit and Amber in her countersuit.
